The shutter comprises a lifting rope, a deflection rope and a plurality of blades; the deflection control shaft is arranged on the upper transverse edge of the installation groove and connected with the deflection rope, and the deflection control shaft drives the blades to deflect when rotating. The deflection control piece is arranged on a vertical edge of the mounting groove and drives the deflection control shaft to rotate when vertically sliding; the lifting control piece can fold the blades upwards or unfold the blades downwards; the operation sliding handle is used for controlling the vertical movement of the operation sliding handle. According to the scheme, the window body and the blind window are integrated, and the window can be used as a window sash structure of a split type or push-pull type movable window and can also be used as a fixed window body; by means of the installation mode that the louver and the window body are combined, the problems that a gap between an existing louver and the window body is large, and the shading performance and the shading effect are poor are solved.
