Novel ground source heat pump heat exchanger system and application method thereof
The invention discloses a novel ground source heat pump heat exchanger system and an application method thereof.The system comprises a tubular heat exchanger, a heat exchange medium flow dividing pipe, a heat exchange medium flow returning pipe, a water collecting and distributing device and a heat supply pipeline, the tubular heat exchanger comprises a spiral pipe and a vertical pipe, and the lower end of the spiral pipe is communicated with the lower end of the vertical pipe; the tubular heat exchangers are buried in building anti-floating anchor rod holes, the upper ends of spiral coil pipes of the tubular heat exchangers are communicated with the heat exchange medium flow dividing pipe, the upper ends of vertical pipes of the tubular heat exchangers are communicated with the heat exchange medium backflow pipe, and the water collecting and distributing device supplies heat to a building or dissipates heat to the building through a heat supply pipeline. The anti-floating anchor rod holes serve as heat exchange holes, so that anti-floating anchor rod construction and ground source heat pump preformed hole heat exchanger embedding construction are integrated and completed at a time. The tubular heat exchanger combines the characteristic that the hole pitch of the anti-floating anchor rod is small, so that the tubular heat exchanger has the same effect as an independent drilling buried tubular heat exchanger, the cost and the construction period of independent drilling buried pipe construction of the ground source heat pump are saved, and the application of the ground source heat pump technology in urban buildings can be improved.
本发明公开了一种新型地源热泵换热器系统及其应用方法,系统包括管状换热器、换热介质分流管和回流管、集分水器和供热管路,管状换热器包括下端连通的螺旋盘管和竖直管,集分水器连接换热介质分流管和回流管,各管状换热器埋设于建筑抗浮锚杆孔中,各管状换热器的螺旋盘管上端与换热介质分流管连通、竖直管上端与换热介质回流管连通,集分水器通过供热管路给建筑物供暖或散热。抗浮锚杆孔作为换热孔使抗浮锚杆施工与地源热泵预成孔埋设换热器施工一体化、一次完成。管状换热器结合抗浮锚杆孔间距较小的特点,不但可与独立钻孔埋设管状换热器同等功效,还节约了地源热泵独立钻孔埋管施工的费用和工期,可提高地源热泵技术在城区建筑的应用。
