The invention relates to an algae cleaning unmanned ship which comprises at least two ship bodies, at least one box body and a plurality of connecting bridges, the multiple ship bodies are distributed at intervals, a plurality of containing cabins are arranged in each ship body, the multiple ship bodies and the multiple box bodies are distributed in an array staggered mode, the ship bodies are distributed on the two sides of any box body, and the connecting bridges are connected with the box bodies. The height of the box body is smaller than that of the ship body, the box body is flush with the upper end face of the ship body, the connecting bridge is installed between any adjacent ship body and box body, and the two sides of the connecting bridge are connected to the ship body and the box body respectively. The algae cleaning unmanned ship provided by the invention is good in seakeeping, high in propelling efficiency and good in maneuverability.
