The invention discloses a rapid drying device with a plastic track flattening function. The winding structure is arranged on the base and used for winding a plastic film, and the cutting structure is arranged on the base and used for cutting the plastic film; the runway can be dried through the drying structure mounted on the base, meanwhile, an operator can be cooled through the heat dissipation structure, through the flattening structure mounted on the base, the runway can be prevented from being deformed by wheels, the runway can be flattened, and meanwhile, the base can be conveniently moved through the supporting structure.
