The invention discloses a multi-elevation and multi-node emptying pump gate anti-seepage process which is characterized in that a red copper water stop plate is selected as a water stop material, a new technology is developed on the basis of a traditional construction process, an original water stop red copper fixing mode is changed, and through screws designed on the two sides, the water stop red copper plate can be effectively fastened, and the position of the red copper water stop plate can be accurately adjusted; the asphalt box is additionally arranged, so that rigid connection between original vertical water stop and horizontal water stop is changed into flexible connection, and the phenomenon that the water stop red copper plate cracks due to horizontal and vertical displacement is greatly avoided; the construction efficiency is improved, leakage is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and reference materials are provided for similar projects in the later period.
本发明公开了一种多标高、多节点排空泵闸防渗工艺,选择紫铜止水板作为止水材料,在传统施工工艺的基础上开发新技术,改变原有固定止水紫铜的方式,通过两侧设计的螺杆,既能有效紧固止水紫铜板,又可以精确调整紫铜止水板的位置;增加了沥青盒使原有垂直止水与水平止水之间的刚性连接变为柔性连接,极大的避免了因水平垂直位移造成的止水紫铜板开裂现象;提高施工效率,减少渗漏产生,降低施工成本,节约施工工期,为后期同类工程提供参考素材。
