Desert sand windproof wall 3D printing spray head device
The invention discloses a 3D printing spray head device for a desert sand windproof wall. The 3D printing spray head device comprises a sand falling mechanism, a sand paving mechanism and a binder spraying mechanism. The front side and the rear side are each provided with a binder spraying mechanism and a sand paving mechanism. During forward movement for printing, the spraying mechanism on the front side sprays a binding agent, but a sand paving rod of the sand paving mechanism on the front side ascends and does not play a sand paving role; a sand paving rod of the sand paving mechanism on the rear side descends to play a sand paving role, but a spraying mechanism on the rear side does not work; and when the printer moves backwards for printing, the spraying mechanism on the rear side sprays a binder, but the sanding rod of the sanding mechanism on the rear side ascends and does not play a role in sanding. And the sand paving rod of the sand paving mechanism on the front side descends to play a sand paving role, but the spraying mechanism on the front side does not work. The printing spray head device has the beneficial effects that the process of printing a windproof wall is relatively simple, and only the spray head device or the movable chassis carrying the spray head device needs to reciprocate back and forth, so that the control complexity is reduced, and the printing efficiency is improved.
