The open caisson structure comprises a blade foot section and a plurality of open caisson structures, the standard section is arranged on the blade foot section; the isolating layer is formed between the standard section and the surrounding soil body; the isolation layer comprises a buffer layer and a filling layer; wherein the buffer layer is located between the standard section and the filling layer and is an elastic structural layer arranged on the outer wall of the standard section; and fillers are arranged in the filling layer.
