The method comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing polymer mortar with consistent material surface density by a double-screw feeder through an adjusting device; s2, upper-layer polymer mortar and lower-layer polymer mortar are laid on the top and the bottom of the sound insulation plate correspondingly, the heat-preservation and sound-insulation non-dismantling formwork is formed, and reinforcing nets are laid in the two layers of polymer mortar; s3, after the polymer mortar on the upper layer and the polymer mortar on the lower layer are solidified, small grooves are formed in the surface of the polymer mortar on the upper layer, so that a rough surface is formed; and S4, the heat-preservation and sound-insulation non-dismantling formwork, the reinforcing meshes and the reinforcing trusses are integrally prefabricated in a factory to form the integrated floor slab, the integrated floor slab is transported to a construction site from the factory, and the problems that most floor slab reinforcing steel bars are constructional reinforcing steel bars, the reinforcing steel bar strength cannot be fully exerted, and materials are wasted are solved.
