The invention discloses a polymer composite waterproof coiled material for building roofs, which is characterized by comprising a light-oxygen aging resistant polymer composite sheet, a flexible bonding non-curing sizing material and a silicone oil mold. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the polymer composite waterproof coiled material for building roofs, which comprises the following steps: step 1, adding the polyethylene resin, POE resin, whisker, compatilizer, lubricating additive, acrylic rubber powder, inorganic filler, titanium dioxide and antioxidant and uvioresistant master batch into a high-speed mixer for uniform mixing, and then adding the polyethylene resin, POE resin, whisker, compatilizer, lubricating additive, acrylic rubber powder, inorganic filler, titanium dioxide and antioxidant and uvioresistant master batch into the high-speed mixer for uniform mixing; and carrying out melt extrusion through a twin-screw extruder to obtain the modified thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) material. By arranging the light-oxygen-aging-resistant polymer composite sheet, the high and low temperature resistance of the waterproof coiled material can be improved, multi-layer water and multi-layer light oxidation resistance can be realized, stress aging caused by thermal size change is reduced, and the durability of the polymer composite waterproof coiled material can meet the 50-year index.
本发明公开了一种建筑屋面用高分子复合防水卷材,其特征在于,包括耐光氧老化高分子复合片材,柔性粘接非固化胶料,以及硅油模。同时,本发明还公开了一种建筑屋面用高分子复合防水卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:将聚乙烯树脂、POE树脂、晶须、相容剂、润滑助剂、丙烯酸胶粉、无机填料、钛白粉以及抗氧抗紫外母粒加入高混机混合均匀后,再通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出后,得到改性热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)材料等步骤。本发明通过设置的耐光氧老化高分子复合片材,不仅能提高防水卷材的耐高低温性能,还能实现多层水和多层抗光氧化,减小热尺寸变化带来应力老化,使高分子复合防水卷材的耐持久性能满足50年指标。
