The invention discloses a self-cleaning riverway water treatment and purification device, and relates to the technical field of water treatment and purification devices. Comprising an aeration tank, a sewage treatment tank and a specific strain treatment box which are sequentially communicated, and further comprises a water guide groove, an isolation assembly, a plurality of collection assemblies and a water pumping assembly, the head end of the water guide groove is communicated with a river channel, a filter screen is arranged at the tail end of the water guide groove, and the tail end of the water guide groove is communicated with the aeration tank; the isolation assembly is used for intercepting the floating objects entering the water guiding groove, the collecting assembly is used for collecting the floating objects isolated by the isolation assembly, and the water pumping assembly is used for pumping water in the collecting assembly. Through the design of the floating plate, the collecting assembly is kept at the position slightly lower than the riverway water surface, the floating plate can well adapt to fluctuation of the riverway water liquid level, floating objects are gathered on the floating plate, and the floating objects can be conveniently collected through the collecting assembly.
