The invention discloses a rock wool composite board forming process, which belongs to the field of composite board materials, and comprises the following steps: crushing and melting ores, centrifuging at a high speed to form rock wool fibers, and spraying a proper amount of binder at the same time; adding modified aerogel and a binder, and carrying out glue mixing treatment; pre-pressing to form a rock wool fiber plate blank; and performing sectional type high-temperature curing and cutting to form a rock wool fiber board finished product. The silicon dioxide aerogel is modified, a-COOH group is introduced to the surface of the silicon dioxide aerogel, and the silicon dioxide aerogel and a self-made binder can generate a chemical bonding effect through the group, so that the binding force of the aerogel and a plate is improved, dispersion of the aerogel is promoted, and the thermal insulation effect of the aerogel is better exerted; besides, benzene rings and amino groups are introduced to molecular chains of the self-made adhesive, so that the compactness and uniformity of a cross-linked network structure can be improved, and the adhesive strength is relatively high, so that the mechanical properties, uniform compactness and other properties of the plate are improved.
