The area of the section of the pipeline, entering the sudden expansion section, of the upstream straight section is suddenly enlarged, the area of the section of the pipeline, entering the downstream straight section, of the sudden expansion section is suddenly reduced, the section of the sudden expansion section is an elliptic curve, and the outer side curve and the inner side curve of the sudden expansion section adopt different elliptic curve equations; the major semi-axis of the outer elliptic curve is larger than the major semi-axis of the inner elliptic curve, and the minor semi-axis of the outer elliptic curve is equal to the minor semi-axis of the inner elliptic curve. According to the invention, the water flow section velocity distribution in the bent pipe can be obviously improved, the water flow bias phenomenon of the water inlet/outlet diffusion section of the pumped storage power station is reduced, and the design index requirements of the flow distribution ratio of the adjacent flow channels and the trash rack section passing velocity are met.
本发明公开了一种抽水蓄能电站有压输水管道弯道突扩结构,其包括依次连接的上游顺直段、突扩段、下游顺直段,突扩段的外侧和内侧分别相对上游顺直段和下游顺直段的外侧和内侧向外扩展形成扩展区域,使上游顺直段进入突扩段处的管道断面面积突然扩大,突扩段进入下游顺直段处的管道断面面积突然缩小,且突扩段的断面为椭圆曲线,突扩段的外侧曲线与内侧曲线采用不同的椭圆曲线方程,外侧椭圆曲线的长半轴大于内侧椭圆曲线的长半轴,外侧椭圆曲线的短半轴等于内侧椭圆曲线的短半轴。本发明能显著改善有压弯管内水流断面流速分布,削减抽水蓄能电站进/出水口扩散段水流偏流现象,满足相邻流道流量分配比和拦污栅断面过栅流速等设计指标要求。
