Rapid supporting device for pipeline groove
The invention relates to a pipeline groove rapid supporting device which comprises a stress truss with a triangular section and two movable supporting baffles, the stress truss is placed on the bottom face of a groove, and the bottom ends of the two movable supporting baffles are hinged to the bottom ends of the two sides of the stress truss respectively. Linear driving mechanisms are connected between the two side faces of the stress truss and the movable supporting baffle correspondingly, and execution parts of the linear driving mechanisms push the movable supporting baffle to rotate outwards with the bottom end of the stress truss as the axis till the movable supporting baffle abuts against the slope face of the groove. A stable triangular stress system is formed by the stress truss and the ground so as to bear the groove slope surface counter-acting force transmitted by the movable supporting baffle, a soil body of a groove is rapidly supported, and the construction period of a pipeline is shortened.
本发明涉及一种管线沟槽快速支护装置,包括截面呈三角状的受力桁架和两个活动支挡板,受力桁架放置于沟槽底面上,两个活动支挡板的底端分别与受力桁架两侧的底端相铰接设置,且受力桁架的两侧面与活动支挡板之间分别连接有直线驱动机构,直线驱动机构的执行部推动所述活动支挡板以受力桁架的底端为轴心向外侧旋转,直至所述活动支挡板顶压于沟槽坡面上。本发明的受力桁架与地面形成稳定的三角形受力体系,以承受活动支挡板传递而来的沟槽坡面反作用力,快速支撑沟槽的土体,缩短管线的施工工期。
