The invention discloses an end reinforcement construction method based on shield tunneling, and the construction method comprises the following steps: three-axis mixing pile construction: carrying out soil reinforcement on a soil body in the peripheral area of an end and the area in the advancing direction of a shield tunneling machine by adopting the three-axis mixing pile construction, and forming an outer ring waterproof curtain. The outer ring waterproof curtain is additionally arranged, so that the waterproof effect is improved, water and soil loss around a station is prevented, the risks of shield launching and receiving are reduced, and major safety accidents caused by differential settlement and collapse of surrounding buildings, structures, pipelines and the like due to water and soil loss on the outer side of the reinforcing body are prevented; dewatering is carried out on the reinforcing body before shield launching and receiving, and the water stopping effect of the reinforcing area can be further verified by observing the well water level change amplitude; if the water level is greatly reduced, a weak part can be found out, and reinforcing and water stopping are carried out by injecting double-liquid slurry into a guide hole.
