Installation method for steel-edged waterstop of pipe gallery expansion joint structure
The invention relates to a method for installing a steel edge water stop belt of a pipe gallery expansion joint structure. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a supporting component on the lower layer is installed; step 2, mounting a waterproof material of the expansion joint; 3, mounting the supporting components on the upper layer; 4, bottom plate concrete is poured; fifthly, side wall expansion joint construction is conducted; 6, constructing a formwork support and a top plate reinforcing steel bar formwork; seventhly, roof expansion joint construction is conducted; eighthly, side wall and top plate concrete pouring is conducted; and main body pouring is conducted after expansion joint construction is completed. A structure combined with a pipe gallery bottom plate, a top plate and side wall reinforcing steel bar engineering is adopted, so that the steel edge water stop belt and the low-foaming polyethylene caulking plate at the expansion joint are fixed. When the method is adopted for construction, the quality of the expansion joint can be guaranteed, unnecessary waste of materials can be reduced to a certain extent, and the workload of operators is reduced.
本发明涉及一种管廊伸缩缝结构钢边止水带安装方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:下层的支撑构件安装;步骤二:伸缩缝防水材料的安装;步骤三:上层的支撑构件安装;步骤四:底板混凝土浇筑;步骤五:侧墙伸缩缝施工;步骤六:支模架、顶板钢筋模板施工;步骤七:顶板伸缩缝施工;步骤八:侧墙、顶板混凝土浇筑;在伸缩缝施工完成后进行主体浇筑。本发明采用与管廊底板、顶板、侧墙钢筋工程相结合的结构来是实现伸缩缝处钢边止水带与低发泡聚乙烯嵌缝板进行固定。采用本方法进行施工,既可以保证伸缩缝质量,也可以在一定程度上减少材料上不必要的浪费,减少了作业人员的工作量。
