The invention discloses an industrial circulating water constant-pressure water supply recovery system which comprises waste water recovery pools, a circulating water pool, a booster water pump, a water supply pipeline, a pressure sensor, a constant-pressure frequency converter and a water pipe network, the waste water recovery pools are arranged under the ground of a workshop, the waste water recovery pools are communicated with the circulating water pool, and the water supply pipeline is formed by connecting N water supply branch pipes into a water supply main pipe in parallel; one ends of the water supply branch pipes are inserted into the bottom of the circulating water pool downwards, booster water pumps are arranged on the water supply branch pipes, the N constant-pressure frequency converters are connected with the booster water pumps in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the N pressure sensors are arranged on the water supply main pipe and connected with the N constant-pressure frequency converters in a one-to-one correspondence mode. According to the invention, the wastewater for workshop production is recovered and purified and then collected into the circulating water tank for recycling, so that the water cost is greatly saved, and the waste of water resources is avoided; the booster pump is automatically started/stopped through the constant-pressure frequency converter, the operation frequency of the booster pump is automatically adjusted, the water pressure of a production system is stable, and normal operation of production equipment is guaranteed.
