The invention provides an anti-flooding early warning and alarm system for a secondary water supply intelligent pump room. The system comprises a drainage well, a drainage pump, a liquid level sensor, a water invasion alarm, an audible and visual alarm, an Internet of Things controller and a secondary water supply cloud management platform. The liquid level sensor is arranged in the drainage well, is connected with the Internet of Things controller in a wired/wireless mode and is used for acquiring the height of the accumulated water level in the drainage well in real time and transmitting the height of the accumulated water level to the Internet of Things controller; a drainage pump starting liquid level threshold value, a drainage pump closing liquid level threshold value, an early warning liquid level threshold value and an alarm liquid level threshold value are set in the Internet of Things control; according to the system, five anti-flooding measures including the drainage well, the drainage pump, the early warning liquid level threshold value, the alarm liquid level threshold value and the water invasion alarm are arranged, more response time is provided for workers, and equipment faults, manpower waste and water cut-off accidents caused by flooding are completely eradicated as much as possible.
