The invention discloses a spacing-adjustable reinforcing steel bar mounting device and a construction method thereof, the device comprises: an opposite-pull screw rod which penetrates through a reinforcing steel bar structure and is tied between two templates on two opposite sides of the reinforcing steel bar structure, and a gap is formed between the reinforcing steel bar structure and the templates; the two screwing pieces are respectively screwed on the opposite-pull screw rods, and the two screwing pieces are respectively arranged in gaps between two opposite sides of the steel bar structure; the two supporting and jacking pieces can be rotationally installed on the screwing piece around the opposite-pulling screw rod, and limiting through grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the two supporting and jacking pieces correspondingly; steel bars on the two opposite sides of the steel bar structure are embedded into the limiting through grooves of the two supporting and jacking pieces correspondingly so as to prevent the distance between the steel bar structure and the two formworks from being changed. The invention solves the problem that the spacing of the existing vertical reinforcement protection layer is mainly controlled by a cushion block, but the cushion block is easy to damage.
本发明公开了一种可调间距的钢筋安装装置及其施工方法,该装置包括:对拉螺杆,穿设于钢筋结构且拉结于所述钢筋结构的相对两侧的两模板之间,所述钢筋结构与所述模板之间形成有间隙;两螺合件,两所述螺合件分别螺合于所述对拉螺杆,两所述螺合件分别设置于所述钢筋结构的相对两侧的间隙内;以及两支顶件,所述支顶件可绕所述对拉螺杆转动地安装于所述螺合件,两所述支顶件的相对侧分别开设有限位通槽,所述钢筋结构的相对两侧的钢筋分别嵌设于两所述支顶件的限位通槽中以防止所述钢筋结构与两所述模板之间的距离发生改变。本发明解决了现有竖向钢筋保护层间距主要靠垫块把控,但是垫块容易损坏的问题。
