The invention provides a wall attaching device of an external climbing frame. The wall attaching device comprises a triangular main support, a wall connecting attaching support, an anti-falling swing block and a two-way adjusting top supporting device. The triangular main support is installed on a concrete member of a high-rise or super high-rise building through the wall connecting attached support. The anti-falling swing block is connected with the triangular bracket through a supporting seat block, and the anti-falling swing block is positioned below the triangular bracket; the two-way adjusting supporting and jacking device is connected with the triangular bracket through a supporting seat block, and the two-way adjusting supporting and jacking device is positioned above the triangular bracket; the anti-falling swing block and the two-way adjusting jacking device are both connected with the outer climbing frame. The wall attaching device is suitable for a novel fragmented lifting type hydraulic lifting external climbing frame for buildings, and can effectively prevent the external climbing frame from generating adverse factors of inclination or falling.
