The invention provides a building construction diagonal bracing device which comprises a locking device and a diagonal bracing steel pipe, the locking device comprises a circular-arc-shaped I-shaped steel sliding groove and a channel steel sliding block, the channel steel sliding block can slide and stretch out and draw back in the circular-arc-shaped I-shaped steel sliding groove, one end of the channel steel sliding block is connected with a first fixing end, and the diagonal bracing device can be suitable for building surfaces of different angles. By means of the device, different end combinations can be adopted on the two sides of the diagonal bracing steel pipe so as to meet the supporting requirements of different conditions such as diagonal bracing of different building corners and corners, diagonal bracing of corners and building surfaces, diagonal bracing of building surfaces and the like.
