The invention provides an actuating device. The actuating device is provided with a first actuating element which can be fixedly fastened on the flip cover and can move along with the flip cover; and a second actuating element which can be fastened to the component and can rotate relative to the component about a first axis of rotation, the second actuating element having a first end designed to interact with the driving means and a second end opposite the first end in the direction of the axis of rotation, the second end having a first locking or unlocking geometry, the first actuating element has a second locking or unlocking geometric feature, the second actuating element being reversibly rotatable by means of the first end between a first orientation and a second orientation, the first and second locking or unlocking geometric features of the first and second actuating elements interacting with each other, the first and second actuation elements are locked with the second actuation element in a first orientation of the second actuation element and the first actuation element is unlocked from the second actuation element in a second orientation of the second actuation element.
