The present invention addresses the problem of providing a urine splash prevention device which does not disperse malodor even when used and which is easy to replace. The solution of the present invention is a urine splash prevention device (1) comprising: a urine receiving part (5) disposed in a urinal (3); and a leg part (7) which supports the urine receiving part (5) vertically above the urine receiving part (5).
