The present invention provides an in-region building group structure that presents a landscape having a warm building group along the street to a specific subject in creativity based on conventional human beings such as urban buildings, art, and thoughts, and that improves convenience and economy as a whole region. Three or more special buildings (1) sharing a specific theme are arranged in a region, and each special building (1) is provided with a lower floor (2) and an upper floor (3) located above the lower floor (2), the lower floor (2) having unity in basic design and structural form related to appearance and decoration. The basic design and the structural form related to appearance and decoration of the lower floors (2) of the characteristic buildings (1) arranged in one area are uniform, and the upper floors (3) are unified into the basic design and the structural style of a simple appearance which pays attention to functionality and durability. As a result, the appearance of the lower floor (2) can be shown in the normal sight of people walking on a street, so that people can feel the real feeling of living on a highly artistic and attractive street.
