The formwork comprises a support, a bottom plate, a first baffle and a second baffle, and the support is arranged below the bottom plate and used for horizontally supporting the bottom plate; the bottom plate comprises a supporting frame and a supporting plate laid on the supporting frame, the supporting frame comprises cross beams which are horizontally arranged side by side, connecting beams are arranged at the two ends of the cross beams which are arranged side by side, and the connecting beams are connected with the ends of the cross beams; the first baffles are detachably connected to the outer sides of the two transverse beams on the outermost side respectively, the second baffles are detachably connected to the outer sides of the connecting beams, and vertical steel bar limiting plates are arranged on the first baffles and the second baffles. Reinforcing steel bar limiting seams are downwards formed in the upper edge of the reinforcing steel bar limiting plate at equal horizontal intervals. And the device can be assembled, can be disassembled after being used, and can be repeatedly used, so that the production cost is reduced.
