The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic materials, and provides aluminum oxide ceramic powder slurry and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing alpha-alumina raw powder, a dispersant, a grinding aid, a stabilizer and water, and carrying out ball milling to obtain primary slurry; performing ultrasonic dispersion on the primary slurry, and sequentially removing iron and filtering to obtain the aluminum oxide ceramic powder slurry. The solid content, the rotating speed and the time during ball milling are controlled, and the grinding aid, the dispersing agent and the stabilizing agent are added in the ball milling process, so that the particle size of powder in the slurry is reduced, and meanwhile, the dispersion stability of the powder is improved; besides, the primary slurry is filtered, and the filtering precision is strictly controlled, so that the granularity of the aluminum oxide powder in the slurry is screened, and the aluminum oxide ceramic powder slurry with narrow granularity distribution is obtained. In the aluminum oxide ceramic powder slurry prepared by the invention, the granularity of the aluminum oxide original crystal is small, the granularity distribution is narrow, the dispersion stability is good, and the aluminum oxide obtained after the slurry is dried is high in purity and good in sintering performance.
本发明涉及陶瓷材料技术领域,提供了一种氧化铝陶瓷粉体浆料及其制备方法。本发明将α‑氧化铝原粉、分散剂、助磨剂、稳定剂和水混合进行球磨,得到初级浆料;然后将初级浆料超声分散后依次进行除铁和过滤,得到氧化铝陶瓷粉体浆料。本发明对球磨时的固含量、转速和时间进行控制,并在球磨过程中添加助磨剂、分散剂和稳定剂,使浆料中粉体粒度降低,同时提高粉体的分散稳定性;另外,本发明对初级浆料进行过滤,并严格控制过滤精度,从而对浆料中氧化铝粉体的粒度进行筛选,得到粒度分布窄的氧化铝陶瓷粉体浆料。本发明制备的氧化铝陶瓷粉体浆料中,氧化铝原晶的粒度小,粒度分布窄,且分散稳定性好,浆料干燥后所得氧化铝的纯度高,烧结性能好。
