The invention discloses a preparation method of geopolymer foam concrete for filling cold-formed thin-walled section steel, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing slurry: weighing dry materials in parts by weight, weighing 18-22 parts of superfine slag powder, 32-36 parts of phosphate aluminosilicate powder, 8-12 parts of sintered red mud, 6-9 parts of slaked lime and 13-15 parts of water glass according to a water-ash weight ratio of water to the dry materials of 0.4-0.45, and uniformly stirring to obtain the slurry; s2, preparing foam; s3, preparing geopolymer slurry; s4, casting molding; and S5, curing. According to the preparation method of the geopolymer foam concrete, by reasonably adjusting the component proportion and improving process parameters, the prepared geopolymer foam concrete is lighter in mass, higher in strength, good in sound insulation and fire resistance and high in shock resistance, and can be suitable for filling of cold-formed thin-walled steel; the method has a promotion effect on expanding the application of the geopolymer foam concrete.
本发明公开了一种冷弯薄壁型钢填充用地聚合物泡沫混凝土的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1制备浆料:按重量份计称取干料,取矿渣微粉18‑22份、磷酸基硅铝酸盐粉体32‑36份、烧结赤泥8‑12份、熟石灰6‑9份和水玻璃13‑15份,水与干料的水灰重量比为0.4‑0.45,S2制备泡沫;S3制备地聚合物浆液;S4浇注成型;S5养护。本发明的地聚合物泡沫混凝土的制备方法通过合理地调整成分配比、改进工艺参数,使得制备得到的地聚合物泡沫混凝土质量更轻、强度更高、隔音耐火性能好以及抗震能力强,能够适用于冷弯薄壁型钢的填充,对于扩展地聚合物泡沫混凝土的应用具有推动作用。
