The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering, and discloses a reusable fabricated road mounting method which specifically comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating concrete slabs of a reusable fabricated road in a factory, and transporting qualified products to a construction site; s2, a to-be-constructed site is flattened and tamped, the resilience modulus of the top face of a roadbed is improved, the elasticity modulus of a paved pavement foundation is not smaller than 40 MPa, then a measuring worker paves an ash spraying line and paves road side lines, after the site is flattened, sand or gravel of 3-5 cm is laid on the site for leveling, the flatness of every 2 m is not larger than 10 mm after leveling, and waterproof plastic cloth can be laid on a base layer to serve as an isolation layer. According to the invention, the pavement is paved by adopting the precast concrete planks, the procedures of pouring the concrete planks, maintaining and the like are completed in the precast field, and only the hoisting and joint treatment of the precast concrete planks are carried out on the construction site, so that the pavement has the advantages of high traffic opening speed, low maintenance cost, small influence on the environment and high traffic safety.
本发明涉及道路工程的技术领域,公开了可重复使用装配式道路的安装方法,具体包括如下步骤:S1:工厂预制可重复使用装配式道路的混凝土板,并将合格后的产品运至施工现场;S2:将待施工的场地压平夯实,提高路基顶面回弹模量,其铺装的路面地基弹性模量不小于40MPa,再由测量人员铺洒灰线,放出道路边线,场地压平后上铺3‑5cm砂子或碎石找平,找平后每2米平整度不大于10mm,并在基层上可铺设防水塑料布作隔离层。本发明采用预制混凝土板进行路面的铺设,混凝土板的浇筑、养护等工序在预制场内完成,在施工现场仅进行预制混凝土板的吊装及接缝处理,致使该路面具有开放交通快、养护成本低、对环境影响小、交通安全性高。
