The novel mooring rope column comprises a fixing disc and a stand column installed on the fixing disc, an annular fixing base is welded to the bottom of the circumferential side of the fixing disc, a first locking hole is formed in the top of the annular fixing base in a penetrating mode, a first fastening screw is arranged in the first locking hole in a matched mode, and a through hole is formed in the center of the top of the fixing disc in a penetrating mode; an annular groove is formed in the middle of the inner wall of the circumferential side of the through hole and provided with a rotating disc in a matched mode, and a stand column is vertically arranged in the center of the top of the rotating disc and provided with a containing cavity. By utilizing the fixed disc and the rotary disc which can slide relatively, when the ship encounters stormy waves in the berthing process, the sleeve swings in the same direction along with the swinging direction of the ship by utilizing the relative rotation between the fixed disc and the rotary disc, so that the frictional resistance borne by the rotary disc and the fixed disc during the relative rotation can be greatly reduced; and damage to the cable due to excessive stress caused by contact between the cable and the edge position of the notch groove is avoided.
本发明公开了一种船舶用新型缆绳柱,包括固定盘及安装在固定盘上的立柱,固定盘周向侧底部焊接有环形固定座,环形固定座顶部贯穿设有第一锁紧孔,第一锁紧孔内部配合设有第一紧固螺钉,固定盘顶部中心位置贯穿设有通孔,通孔周向侧内壁中部设置有环形槽,环形槽部配合设有转盘,转盘顶部中心位置垂直设有立柱,立柱上开设有放置腔。本发明通过利用可发生相对滑动的固定盘与转盘,可在船舶停靠过程中遇到有风浪情况发生时,利用二者之间的相对转动使套筒随船舶的摆动方向同向摆动,可大大降低转盘与固定盘之间发生相对转动时所受到的摩擦阻力,避免揽绳与切口槽的边缘位置接触受力过度而导致揽绳损坏。
