Temporary storage site sludge restoration treatment method
The invention relates to a method for repairing and treating sludge in a temporary storage site, which comprises the following steps of: vertical barrier design: excavating and removing barriers, backfilling sandy soil to form a construction guide groove which is about 650mm lower than the ground, vertically excavating the guide groove with the width of 600mm, and removing the barriers and excavating at the depth of not less than the depth of miscellaneous fill; a horizontal drainage sand cushion layer is laid on the solidified soft soil foundation, a sand well or a drainage plate is vertically arranged, a sealing film is laid on the surface to enable the sand well or the drainage plate to be isolated from the atmosphere, and a three-dimensional drainage system is formed through a vacuumizing device, a filter pipe embedded in the sand cushion layer and the drainage plate in a soil body; air and water in the under-membrane sand cushion layer and the soil body are pumped out, negative pressure is formed, and the effective pre-pressing load achieved by the vacuum negative pressure is 80 kPa; curing and stabilizing in situ; and the technological process comprises the steps of field closure shaping, barrier covering, surface water blocking and discharging and field closure greening. The treatment process is reasonable in step and good in treatment effect.
本发明涉及一种暂存场地污泥修复治理方法,包括以下步骤:垂直阻隔设计:开挖清障、回填砂土形成低于地面约650mm的施工导槽,直立开挖导槽的宽度为600mm,清障开挖的深度不小于杂填土深度;真空预压降水:在被固化的软土地基上铺设水平排水砂垫层,竖向设置砂井或排水板,表面铺设密封膜使之与大气隔离,利用抽真空装置和埋设于砂垫层中的滤管和土体中的排水板形成立体排水系统,将膜下砂垫层和土体内的空气和水抽出,使其形成负压,真空负压达到的有效预压荷载为80kPa;原位固化和稳定化;阻隔封场,工艺流程包括:封场整形、阻隔覆盖、地表水阻排和封场绿化。本发明的治理工艺步骤合理,治理效果好。
