The invention discloses an underground powerhouse spiral drainage gallery excavation arrangement form and excavation method.The structure comprises a TBM tunneling tunnel section and a drilling and blasting method tunnel section, and the TBM tunneling tunnel section comprises a four-layer spiral descending drainage gallery, a top layer middle annular drainage gallery and a water diversion lower adit drainage gallery which are annularly arranged around an underground powerhouse; the drilling and blasting method hole section comprises an assembling hole section, a starting hole section and other branch holes. By adopting the mode of combining the TBM and the drilling and blasting method, excavation of the drainage gallery of the underground powerhouse has the advantages that the construction mechanization and intelligence level is achieved, the safety risk of underground engineering construction is reduced, and the engineering quality and the intrinsic safety level are improved.
