The invention discloses a sleeve and a faucet with the sleeve. The sleeve comprises an outer pipe, an inner pipe and two hollow clamping heads. The outer pipe is made of hard materials and comprises an outer pipe body with the two ends communicated and fixing heads fixed to the two ends of the outer pipe body. The two ends of the inner pipe are communicated, the inner pipe is sleeved with the outer pipe body and can stretch out and draw back relative to the outer pipe body, and a water flow channel is formed between the outer wall of the inner pipe and the inner wall of the outer pipe body. The two ends of each clamping head are communicated to form an overflowing channel, the two ends of the inner pipe are fixed to the fixing head through the clamping heads respectively, the side walls of the two ends of the inner pipe are clamped between the clamping heads and the fixing head, and the overflowing channels of the clamping heads are communicated with an inner cavity of the inner pipe in a sealed mode. The sleeve is suitable for installation with the inner pipe being a hose, and is simple in structure and convenient to install.
