The invention provides a blow-off pipe cleaning opening blocking alarm device which comprises a blocking frame, a supporting rod, a contact switch, an alarm lamp, an alarm bell and a power source which are installed on a straight-through inspection opening of a blow-off pipe, the supporting rod is arranged at the straight-through inspection opening of the blow-off pipe, the blocking frame is installed on the supporting rod, one end of the blocking frame is a trident-shaped blocking table, and the other end of the blocking frame is a trident-shaped blocking table. A ball is fixed to the other end of the object blocking frame, one end of the ball can make contact with a contact switch, the plane of the trident of the object blocking frame is perpendicular to the flowing direction of sewage in the pipeline, the contact switch is electrically connected with an alarm lamp, and the contact switch is electrically connected with an alarm bell.
