The invention provides abrasion-resistant epoxy mortar with a low thermal linear expansion coefficient and a preparation method of the abrasion-resistant epoxy mortar, and belongs to the field of building materials, the abrasion-resistant epoxy mortar comprises 100 parts of epoxy resin, 10-25 parts of a curing agent, 400-600 parts of quartz sand, 10-60 parts of a microsphere filler and 10-100 parts of an auxiliary agent; the epoxy resin is prepared from cage type gamma-glycidyl ether oxygen propyl silsesquioxane; the microsphere filler is a carbonized product of epoxy resin microspheres; the thermal expansion performance of the epoxy resin is reduced by compounding the modified filler, the bonding stability of the epoxy mortar as concrete reinforcement is improved, and meanwhile, the thermal expansion performance and the impact wear resistance of the epoxy mortar are further improved by introducing the silicon-containing epoxy monomer into the epoxy matrix.
