The invention discloses an anti-flocculation type polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The anti-flocculation type polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises a polyester macromonomer, acrylic acid, acrylamide, methacryloyl morpholine, alkyl acrylate phosphate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, an alcohol compound, ammonium persulfate, sodium hydroxide and water. According to the invention, from the level of the water reducing agent, the adsorption effect of cations in the residual flocculant in the machine-made sand on the polycarboxylate water reducing agent can be reduced, so that the utilization efficiency of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent is improved, and the flocculation resistance of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent is improved; from the aspect of concrete, adverse performance influences such as tackifying and thickening, increasing of mixing amount and water demand, serious loss of fluidity, reduction of concrete strength and the like caused by the residual machine-made sand and gravel flocculating agent on the concrete can be greatly reduced.
