The invention discloses a deep reservoir area accurate positioning floating construction platform which is characterized in that the construction platform is composed of a positioning platform and a floating platform which are connected with each other, the positioning platform comprises three standard boat sections which are parallel to each other, and the top end faces of the three standard boat sections are jointly connected with a positioning guide frame; the positioning guide frame is provided with a limiting assembly, the limiting assembly forms a positioning square hole, a steel pipe pile is arranged in the positioning square hole, the steel pipe pile is located between every two adjacent standard boat sections, and the floating platform is composed of a plurality of standard boat sections which are fixedly connected with one another. A pair of trestle beams is arranged on the top end face of the floating platform, crawler cranes are arranged on the trestle beams, winch anchor machines are arranged at the four corners of the floating platform, steel wire ropes are connected to the winch anchor machines, and gravity type concrete anchors are arranged at the free ends of the steel wire ropes.
