A pair of trestle beams is arranged on the top end face of the floating platform, crawler cranes are arranged on the trestle beams, winch anchor machines are arranged at the four corners of the floating platform, steel wire ropes are connected to the winch anchor machines, and gravity type concrete anchors are arranged at the free ends of the steel wire ropes.
