The invention discloses an elevator derrick embedded part positioning method which comprises the following steps: S1, assembling an embedded part to a positioning tool: inserting the upper end of the embedded part into an accommodating space of the positioning tool, and abutting the upper end face of the embedded part against the lower surface of a mounting plate; the embedded part is fixed in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction through the vertical positioning and tensioning structure and the horizontal positioning and compressing structure; s2, the assembly supporting legs are disassembled, and the construction supporting legs are adjusted, specifically, the whole positioning tool is hoisted to the position above the foundation pit, the positioning tool moves downwards to feed the embedded parts into the foundation pit, after the positioning tool is in place, the embedded parts are supported on the ground through the lower surfaces of the construction supporting legs, the heights of the construction supporting legs are adjusted, and the embedding depth of the embedded parts is adjusted; and S3, leveling the mounting plate: leveling the upper surface of the mounting plate. According to the positioning method, precise positioning of the embedded part is achieved, the requirements for the flatness and the position degree of the embedded part are met, and smooth assembly of the derrick and the precision of the derrick after assembly can be ensured.
