Marine cage
The invention discloses a marine suspension cage, which mainly aims at the safety requirements when personnel are transferred in and out of a cabin and hover in the cabin, handrails are arranged in the middle of a three-dimensional force bearing frame in the horizontal direction, a handrail door is arranged below one side handrail of the frame, and fences are arranged below the rest side handrails and play a protection role together with the handrails; a latch is arranged on the inner side of the middle of the railing door and used for reducing the falling risk of personnel when the railing door accidentally falls off or is not closed, a supporting rod is arranged on the railing or the vertical stand column of the frame towards the interior of the hanging cage and connected with a handrail, and the handrail is arranged on the inner side of the railing and can be conveniently grabbed by workers. Meanwhile, the probability of injury caused by collision between arms and other human body parts and objects outside the suspension cage is reduced; a switch protection ceiling is arranged at the top of the frame for preventing foreign matters from falling off from the top; and a self-rescue device based on pulleys is arranged in the frame, so that people can self-rescue the cage when the equipment is powered down in the hoisting process. And due to the multi-protection design, the risk of marine hoisting operation can be effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种船用吊笼,重点针对人员进出船舱的转运以及船舱内悬停作业时安全性要求,在立体承力框架的中间部位水平方向设置栏杆,框架的一个侧面栏杆下设置栏杆门,剩余侧面栏杆下设置栅栏,与栏杆共同起防护作用;栏杆门中间部位内侧设置门闩,用于在栏杆门意外脱落或没有关闭时降低人员跌落风险,栏杆或框架竖向立柱上向吊笼内设置支撑杆并连接扶手,扶手设置于栏杆内侧便于工作人员抓扶,同时降低手臂等人体部位与吊笼外物体碰撞致伤的概率;框架顶部设置开关防护顶棚,用于防止异物从顶部掉落;框架内设置基于滑轮的自救装置,吊运过程中设备掉电时可用于人员自救出吊笼。多重防护设计可有效降低船用吊运作业的风险。
