The construction method comprises the following steps: paying off at a pile position and embedding a pile casing; slurry preparation: the used slurry is prepared from high-quality bentonite; performing hole forming: performing rotary drilling to form holes; primary hole cleaning; after the formed hole reaches the designed elevation, the hole depth, the hole diameter, the hole wall perpendicularity and the sediment thickness are checked; manufacturing and hoisting a reinforcement cage; a lower conduit; cleaning the hole for the second time and measuring the sediment thickness; and underwater concrete pouring. The pile tip post-grouting is adopted to enhance the bearing capacity of the pile body, operation is convenient, the construction speed is high, materials are saved, economic benefits are obvious, and the construction efficiency is improved while the construction quality of the pile foundation is guaranteed.
