The problems that solid residues and rainwater are mixed and enter a sewer, the drainage space of the sewer becomes small, the drainage speed is decreased, and the drainage effect is reduced are solved. In order to discharge slag and supply water, a full-automatic packaging box is utilized, and slag removal manpower is completely saved.
