According to the scheme, glass fiber gridding cloth serves as a bottom layer, polyurethane is foamed to form a polyurethane heat preservation layer, a cement mortar layer or a cement fiberboard or a calcium silicate board serves as a surface layer, and the heat preservation plate is formed through a bottom layer-polyurethane heat preservation layer-surface layer composite structure. The heat insulation board is used for building external wall heat insulation and has the excellent heat insulation effect, meanwhile, due to the fact that a conventional polyurethane foaming heat insulation layer is poor in flame retardant property and cannot meet actual requirements, polyurethane is subjected to intrinsic flame retardant modification in the scheme, and the heat insulation board has the excellent flame retardant property; the prepared composite insulation board is suitable for the field of building external wall insulation, the mechanical property is guaranteed while the thermal insulation performance is considered, and the composite insulation board has high practicability.
本发明公开了一种建筑外墙用复合保温板及其制备方法，方案以玻璃纤维网格布作为底层，聚氨酯发泡形成聚氨酯保温层，面层采用水泥砂浆层、水泥纤维板或硅酸钙板，以底层‑聚氨酯保温层‑面层复合结构形成保温板，该保温板用于建筑外墙保温，其具有较优异的保温隔热效果，同时，由于常规聚氨酯发泡保温层的阻燃性能较差，无法满足实际要求，本方案对聚氨酯进行本质阻燃改性，使保温板具有较优异的阻燃性能，制备得到的复合保温板适用于建筑外墙保温领域，在兼顾保温性能的同时也保证了力学性能，具有较高的实用性。
