The invention discloses a floating floor for an equipment layer and a construction method of the floating floor. The floating structure sequentially comprises a noise elimination and vibration isolation layer, a steel plate layer, an impermeable film layer and a reinforced concrete surface layer which are arranged on a structural floor slab, and a surrounding edge vibration isolation pad which is arranged on the structural floor slab of the equipment layer along the edge of a wall body from bottom to top, the thickness of the surrounding edge vibration isolation pad is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the silencing vibration isolation layer, the steel plate layer, the impermeable film layer and the reinforced concrete surface layer; the noise elimination and vibration isolation layer comprises noise elimination cotton and vibration isolation blocks, the noise elimination cotton is arranged on the structural floor slab and located in the surrounding edge vibration isolation cushion, the vibration isolation blocks are evenly distributed and embedded in the noise elimination cotton, and the thickness of the noise elimination plate is consistent with that of the vibration isolation blocks. The influence of vibration generated by equipment on the floating floor on vibration and noise of up-down and left-right adjacent environments can be reduced or eliminated.
