The invention provides an annular hanging basket telescopic mechanism and a hanging basket thereof. One end of an outer sliding butt strap of the annular hanging basket telescopic mechanism is fixedly connected to the end of a first corner hanging basket. One end of the inner sliding lapping plate is telescopically connected to the other end of the outer sliding lapping plate, and the other end of the inner sliding lapping plate is fixedly connected to the end part of the second corner hanging basket; the driving structure is installed at the end, away from the outer sliding butt strap, of the inner sliding butt strap, is in transmission connection with the outer sliding butt strap and the inner sliding butt strap and is used for driving one end of the inner sliding butt strap to move into or out of the outer sliding butt strap. The sliding suspension frame is movably arranged on the outer sliding butt strap in a sleeving mode. The supporting connecting rod structure is located above the outer sliding butt strap and the inner sliding butt strap, the two ends of the supporting connecting rod structure are hinged to the end of the first corner hanging basket and the end of the second corner hanging basket in an opening and closing mode respectively, and the middle of the supporting connecting rod structure is hinged to the upper portion of the sliding suspension frame. The device can ensure that the radius of the whole annular hanging basket changes in a large range, and the problem that the diameter of the annular hanging basket is variable is solved.
