The invention provides a nucleic acid detection pavilion which comprises a pavilion body, a transparent plate arranged on the side face of the pavilion body and a cleaning mechanism arranged on the transparent plate. The cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning strip arranged on the surface of the transparent plate through an adjusting assembly, a plurality of cleaning brushes arranged on the end face, close to the transparent plate, of the cleaning strip, and a driving assembly arranged on the cleaning strip and used for driving the cleaning brushes to rotate. The driving assembly comprises a plurality of linkage gears, a plurality of extension rods, extension arms and repulsive blocks, wherein the linkage gears are arranged in the cleaning strip and are meshed pairwise; one ends of the extension rods vertically penetrate through the cleaning strip and are respectively connected with the linkage gears; one ends of the extension arms movably sleeve the extension rods and the other ends of the extension arms are connected with the cleaning brushes; according to the invention, a worker and a to-be-detected person can be conveniently separated, the to-be-detected person can be normally detected, and the risk of cross infection between the to-be-detected persons is reduced.
