The invention discloses a metro depot assembly type reinforced concrete beam manufacturing method which comprises the following steps that S1, a steel bar framework is manufactured through a steel bar pre-binding frame, the steel bar pre-binding frame is arranged according to the longest beam body, and the steel bar pre-binding frame comprises a fixed seat and a sliding seat; the sliding seat can longitudinally slide on the steel bar pre-binding frame along the beam body, web bars of the beam body comprise dense area web bars and non-dense area web bars, and the fixed seat and the sliding seat are used for binding the dense area web bars. By arranging the adjustable steel bar pre-binding frame, the formwork and the lifting appliance, the fabricated reinforced concrete beam can adapt to beam bodies of various models and types one by one in the production process, and various molds and tools do not need to be developed and used for production; and production of hundreds of beam bodies of different models and types can be completed only through a very few dies and tools, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种地铁车辆段装配式钢筋混凝土梁的制作方法,包括以下步骤:S1:采用钢筋预扎架制作所述钢筋骨架,所述钢筋预扎架按最长的所述梁体来设置,所述钢筋预扎架包括固定座和滑动座,所述滑动座能在所述钢筋预扎架上沿所述梁体纵向滑动,所述梁体的腹筋包含加密区腹筋和非加密区腹筋,所述固定座和所述滑动座用于绑扎所述加密区腹筋。本发明通过设置可调节的钢筋预扎架、模板、吊具使得装配式钢筋混凝土梁在生产过程中面对众多型号种类的梁体能够一一适应,无需开发和使用多种模具和工具进行生产,只通过极少数的模具和工具就能完成几百种不同型号种类的梁体的生产,大大提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
