Brushing device
The embodiment of the invention provides a brushing device. The brushing device comprises a roller brush and two feeding pipes. The roller brush comprises a rolling shaft and a roller, the rolling shaft is sleeved with the roller, and the inner wall of the rolling shaft and the inner wall of the roller are spaced to form a feeding cavity. A feeding cavity is formed in the rolling shaft; a plurality of feeding holes are formed in the rolling shaft, each feeding hole is communicated with the feeding cavity and the feeding cavity, and the hole diameter of the feeding holes in the two ends of the rolling shaft is smaller than that of the feeding hole in the middle of the rolling shaft; a discharging hole is formed in the surface of the roller and communicates with the feeding cavity. The two feeding pipes communicate with the two ends of the feeding cavity through the two ends of the rolling shaft correspondingly. 本申请实施例提供一种涂刷装置,包括滚筒刷及两个供料管。滚筒刷包括滚轴和滚筒,滚筒套设滚轴,且滚轴和滚筒的内壁间隔形成供料腔;滚轴内部开设有进料腔;滚轴开设有多个供料孔,每一供料孔连通进料腔和供料腔,且滚轴两端的供料孔的孔径小于滚轴中间的供料孔的孔径;滚筒表面开设有出料孔,出料孔连通供料腔;两个供料管通过滚轴的两端分别与进料腔的两端连通。上述的涂刷装置,物料从进料腔两端的供料孔输入到供料腔的速度更大,而中间的速度则较小,当两端的供料孔的孔径小于中间的供料孔的孔径时,可以使得在同一时间内两端的供料孔和中间的供料孔输出到供料腔的物料的量相同,保证了滚轴的进料腔对供料腔的供料均匀。
