The invention discloses a production method of hollow built-in shutter glass. The production method comprises the following operation steps: determining each performance of product parts, and determining the specification and position of a transmission mechanism; independently preparing the position of the glass, cutting the glass, and positioning and tapping in the internal glass; a transmission mechanism is mounted after the venetian blind curtain is prepared; the transmission mechanism is installed between the glass and the venetian blind, the internal transmission mechanism is installed between the glass and the venetian blind, a sealing butyl rubber pad is additionally arranged and used for preventing air from entering the venetian blind, and drawing and overturning of the venetian blind are tested from an external mechanism after sheet combination; and injecting a sealant into the outer ring of the laminated hollow glass and waiting for curing. According to the production method of the hollow built-in shutter glass, the problems that maintenance is difficult and the maintenance cost is too high in the prior art can be effectively solved, the same function and the longer service life which can be achieved by an original process are reserved, and a positive derivation effect is achieved when products enter the market.
本发明公开了一种中空内置百叶玻璃的生产方法,包括以下操作步骤:确定产品部件的各个性能,确定传动机构的规格以及位置;对玻璃的位置单独制备,切割玻璃后在内部玻璃指定位开孔;并在制备好百叶帘窗帘后安装传动机构;传动机构安装在玻璃与百叶窗帘之间,内部传动机构安装在玻璃与百叶窗帘之间,增加密封丁基胶垫,用于阻止空气进入,合片后从外部机构测试百叶帘收拉及翻转;将合片后的中空玻璃外圈注入密封胶并且等待固化。本发明所述的一种中空内置百叶玻璃的生产方法,实现可以有效避免目前所存在维护困难、维护成本过高的问题,保留了原有工艺所能达到的同等功能及更长的使用寿命,使产品进入市场起到积极推导作用。
