A hydraulic pump system includes: a housing defining a tank for containing hydraulic fluid in use; one or more pump modules, each pump module including a hydraulic pump to supply hydraulic fluid from the storage tank to a hydraulic system; and a mounting device; wherein the or each pump module is mounted to the housing by means of the mounting means.
