Intelligent compaction method for digital construction
The invention discloses an intelligent compaction method for digital construction, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a relation curve between the compaction degree and the vibration amount and a relation curve between the compaction degree and the acceleration based on a plurality of groups of vibration parameters, three axial acceleration parameters and corresponding land compaction degree values; establishing a linear relation by using the vibration parameter, the acceleration parameter and the corresponding land compaction degree value; performing fitting processing on the relation curve of the compaction degree and the vibration quantity and the relation curve of the compaction degree and the acceleration by utilizing a least square method to obtain an optimal weight coefficient; the linear relation is optimized through the optimal weight coefficient, an optimal land compaction degree model is obtained, and in other words, real-time calculation of the compaction degree is achieved in the construction process.
本发明公开了一种数字化施工的智能压实方法,基于多组震动参数、三个轴向的加速度参数和对应的土地压实度值,构建压实度与震动量的关系曲线、压实度与加速度的关系曲线;利用震动参数、加速度参数和对应的土地压实度值,建立线性关系;利用最小二乘法对压实度与震动量的关系曲线、压实度与加速度的关系曲线拟合处理,得到最佳的权重系数;利用最佳的权重系数对线性关系进行优化处理,得到最优的土地压实度模型,即在施工过程中实现了对压实度的实时计算。
