Valve calibration system and calibration method
Problem: To achieve improvement in work efficiency of calibration work and improvement in calibration accuracy, when a valve operated by a current applied to an electric actuator opens a flow channel, at calibration of a valve open position current value, control is performed such that the time taken to increase a scan of the applied current becomes substantially constant. [Solution] A predicted value calculation means (24) is provided for predicting a calibration value for a valve opening position current value on the basis of information on the valve opening position current value, and setting a scan start current value (iS) such that the time taken to increase a scan from the start of the scan to a predicted value (iE) predicted by the predicted value calculation means (24) becomes a fixed time (T).
