The invention provides a paid toilet use control device which pays and appropriately uses a toilet such as a temporary toilet. A payment toilet use control device (20) is provided with a payment unit (22), a pre-use unlocking unit (211), an in-use locking unit (212), a post-use unlocking unit (213), and a post-use locking unit (214). A settlement unit (22) executes a settlement process pertaining to the use cost when the user uses the paid toilet (T). When the settlement processing is executed, the lock 231 of the entrance and exit of the locked paid toilet T is opened by using the pre-unlocking part 211. When the user uses the paid toilet T, the in-use locking part 212 locks the opened lock 231. When the user finishes the use of the paid toilet T, the post-use unlocking unit 213 opens the locked lock 231. After the lock (231) is used and the unlocking part (213) is opened, the used locking part (214) relocks the opened lock (231).
